Building Control

Here in the Building Control Department, we take pride in providing the highest possible level of service to all our customers.

We are in receipt of our fourth Charter Mark Award, the first being obtained in 1999, and we are 1 of 2 Councils within the Building Control Department in Northern Ireland currently holding such an award.

Although Building Regulations are a regulatory function of Council, and enforcement forms part of our business, our job is to provide a courteous, equitable and efficient service valued by all of our customers.
